SERVICE SCOPE — Each booking is subject to an agreed service scope, schedule, staffing requirement and price. Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, a safe working environment and suitable access for security personnel.

FEES AND CANCELLATIONS — Fees, invoices, payment terms and cancellation arrangements will be confirmed before services begin. Any changes to a booking may affect price or availability and should be agreed in writing.
